Our Hiking Tip
From Oberhöherhof to the local mountain “Lutterkopf” (2,295 m), then on to “Blauspitze” (2,558 m)
Your hike begins right at Oberhöherhof. For the first 200 m, you head into the valley on the street to the nearest farm. Turn right there and follow the wide forest road until you reach the junction (no. 18 “Lutterkopf”). Follow the trail toward “Pipperger Alm”; a traverse follows in which you will hardly gain any elevation. The trail slowly winds south and finally east; if you follow the trail, you will soon be standing on the summit of “Lutterkopf.” Go further on the clearly marked hiking trail, always along the ridge toward the southeast, where you will finally reach the summit level of “Blauspitze.” The climb is secured with a wire rope, but surefootedness is required. After this final ascent, you will be at the summit of “Blauspitze” (2,558 m) and you can enjoy the magnificent view to the fullest.
